A blade is long, light and easy to damage. The fixtures hold it by its root and near its tip, and nowhere else.

Root frame

A braced frame of hollow sections, with A-frame struts down to the trailer deck, cut and welded in our bay.

Root adapter

A ring plate drilled to the blade’s own bolt circle, so the root bolts straight on.

Tip cradle

A cradle with a curved, padded saddle and a clamp arm, so the shell is never point-loaded.

Lashed down

Chains and lashing points tie each fixture to the trailer.
